Tesoris 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in the Tesoris-branded hardware products and includes all internal components like the motherboard, processor, RAM, and internal hard drive.
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice.
This warranty does not cover problems that arise from software, external devices, accessories, or parts not supplied by Tesoris. Damage caused by external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, or natural disasters like floods and fires is not covered. Consumable parts such as batteries and external aesthetic parts like the casing are excluded unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Unauthorized modifications or repairs, which include upgrades or expansions not approved by Tesoris, will void the warranty.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Tesoris does not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Tesoris will repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product at its discretion. In situations where a repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be offered based on the current value of the product.
To initiate a warranty service, the customer must contact Tesoris customer support at hello@tesoris.com with the product serial number and a detailed description of the issue. Proof of purchase may be required to verify the warranty status. Customers may need to return the product to Tesoris service center for repair. Tesoris will provide a prepaid shipping label for this purpose.
Tesoris reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time, so it is recommended to review the policy periodically.
